Shipping policy

We ship nationwide within the United States. Orders ship via UPS on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Preparation time: everything is baked to order, so please allow 2–4 days for us to prepare your order. It then ships on the next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Shipping rates: your rate depends on where you are and your order total, from $8 to $28 within the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $50. Your exact rate is shown at checkout.

Pickup-only items: Thanksgiving and holiday menu items and Peanut Butter Pie aren't available for shipping. They can only be picked up at our York café or our Lancaster Central Market stand.

Local pickup: you can choose free pickup at checkout at 2131 S Queen St, York, PA, or at Lancaster Central Market, Stand #69, 23 N Market St, Lancaster, PA.

Damaged in transit: if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at safensweetyork@gmail.com or (717) 893-4015 with your order number and a photo.
